We are a husband and wife team called to use our communications gifts and skills in support of organizations advancing God's purposes in this world.
We serve organizations across Canada and when we're not planning, consulting or writing, we love having fun with our three children, Nova, Shiloh and Helix.

Laurie started her career as a freelance journalist. After university she began her career in corporate communications at an international public relations firm where she developed strategic communications and marketing plans, provided media relations services, and wrote compelling content for organizations across a diversity of sectors and industries.
Two years into her communications career, Laurie was headhunted by her college professor who led an agency specializing in crisis communications and issues management. In her role she provided critical communications support to a variety of corporations, governments and non-profit organizations. The firm continued to grow and was eventually acquired by a large public affairs firm that specialized in government relations where Laurie served as a senior consultant for several years.
In 2016, Laurie launched an independent consultancy serving clients in energy, non-profit and, eventually, churches and denominations. Since then, with part time support from Pete, Laurie has provided faith organizations with a range of communications services including strategic communications, issues management, crisis communications, media training, communications audits and writing support.
